What a great General Conference!
What a wonderful conference! And Elder Nelson’s talk, illustrated with those pictures, was fantastic! Most members of the Church consider the names, the dates, the places, but Elder Nelson helped us see the people, the love, the relationships.
Awesome!
With out names, and dates and places, we have no idea if the work has not already been done, nor do we know if the person actually belongs to our family. Family relationships are important, but you still need dates and places.
I have ancesters 200 years apart who have the same names with children of the same name.
ie. William Medhurst and Ann with child William
and 200 years later William Medhurst married to an Ann with child William. How do I tell them apart? – birth/Christening dates and places.
If you asked Elder Nelson he would be able to tell you the birth dates and places of his grandchildren and great grandchildren.
