		<description><![CDATA[I can see some advantage in the affiliate libraries but while people are there they would not have the help of a Family History Centre worker.  We consider working with the nonmembers as good public relations work for the church.  Personally I would rather see more workers in a Family History Centre being able to handle the work load than sending them to a Public Library where there is no interaction with Church members.]]></description>
